Liz Kay

My passion is living my best life!  I truly embrace working out because of the inner strength and confidence it gives me to make many amazing choices that lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.  I also really love muscles!! I have been through everything from underweight, to overweight and everything in between.  My most recent accomplishments is having a baby in my mid-forties and now navigating hormonal changes along with aging gracefully.  Determination leads the way for me to discover what is best at different stages and to provide that knowledge to all my clients.  My experience and knowledge has provided me with the know-how on creating an excellent foundation and level of trust with clients. I always start with where they’re at and work with them to create and execute a plan of improved physical health in an enjoyable way!

 

Over the past eight years my own personal journey combined with my clients experiences have influenced my approach to training in that each journey is as unique as my client. We always start out with the fundamentals and along with that integral base comes the added resources of how to take action regardless of my clients life situation, e.g. a busy work life, balancing kids at home, or retirees. I can also review my clients nutritional approach and healthy habits to make suggestions that allow improvement in their overall performance and well being.  Rest assured that I have tried all of the possibilities that I suggest to my clients! I look forward to collaborating with you to build your best self.

 

​I'm a NH native and live in Allenstown with our ever so energetic son Jack and my husband James. We love to be active and do things like hiking, swimming, playgrounds, etc. but we also love to eat! Life is full of adventures that should have us trying everything, just in moderation.  One of my big why’s to staying healthy and fit is to ensure that I continue to enjoy my time with my family and them with me even when I am 84 and my son is 40.  I want to be a badass mom and wife and not someone who needs to be taken care of.  My husband James also loves to stay incredibly physically fit, and so we support and push each other to new and better levels.
