The journey to building your best self is an exciting one – and one filled with many options. In order to get the most out of your journey, we provide the following health and fitness services:

Initial Consultation
Free

Our first priority is that we are the best partners for you and your fitness journey. We will take the time to discuss your needs and goals to ensure we are the right fit. If we need to refer you to other professionals, we can do that as well.

Health Coaching Calls

This is an amazing opportunity to stay accountable and motivated to reach your goals.  Often times we wait or even forget to ask about something that did not go well in our health and fitness journey which can then impact how happy you are along with way and whether or not you reach your goal. Coaching calls are generally 15-30 minute calls and make all the difference in helping you succeed.  This service can be a stand alone or combined with other services.

Individual and Partner Training

 This is ideal for anyone looking for that very specific individualized attention, focus, and programming. Working one on one or with a partner allows us to tailor a unique program for your health and fitness journey. This is offered in four, three, two, or once a week session which vary in time depending on your goals and needs. We offer everything from 30-60 minute sessions and this can be combined with other services for a unique package option.

The Four Pillars Program

This is an all inclusive eight week program to discover or rediscover growth in areas of Sleep, Movement, Nutrition, and Self-Care/Social.  Even if you have solid habits, this is a great way to refocus your needs to your current life as our needs change over the years.  This small group meets once a week for 60 minutes and then everyone receives personalized coaching once a week.  The program is delivered in several levels to really help you extend beyond your current capabilities.

Small Group (3-8 people) and Cooperate Training

This is a great option for those with friends, family, or co-workers with fitness goals, too! Again, this lowers the cost, but still allows for some individuality in the group setting. It’s a great way to stay motivated and have a good time!

Large Groups or Corporate Programs

This is an option that we would consult with on a case by case basis in order to best discuss what’s needed.
